COURSE OVERVIEW

This course is designed to provide participants with the intermediate programming of CNC turning machine concepts with CNC simulation software that replicates an actual CNC machine control. Participants will be exposed to the CNC turning components and features, advanced programming features such as programming cycles, subprograms, parametric and CNC turning machine operations.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: • Describe the components, features and principles of   programming of CNC Turning machine. • Write intermediate CNC programs based on the    drawing given and perform part simulation. • Perform CNC turning machining of advanced    programming such as cycles, C – axis and turn mill   operation.
